These Addition Blocks turn early maths into a hands-on experience, helping children visualise and build numbers in a way that actually makes sense. By stacking, balancing, and experimenting, children naturally explore how numbers combine — building strong foundations in addition without relying on worksheets.

How the Addition Blocks Work

Each block represents a number from 1–10 — and here’s where the magic happens:

When you stack two numbers together, they physically match the height of their total.

For example:

  • Stack 2 + 3 → it will be the same height as 5
  • Stack 4 + 1 → matches 5
  • Stack 6 + 2 → matches 8

This allows children to see addition, not just hear it.

Note: This set comes with one of each number 1-10 plus a set of activity cards to suggest different numbers you can try and make.

  3. Your Activity Cards will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase being confirmed.
  4. Print/Download and follow along with the activities using the resources in your maths box.
  5. New Activities will come out every 3 months* and will be emailed to you directly.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged or faulty items. 

If your order arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photos of the issue—we’ll sort it out quickly!

Replace kit parts

Whether your coloured teddies went for a walk and forgot to come home, or maybe your fluffy companion ate a dice or two, we got you! 

We will be releasing kit top up sets soon, but if you need more parts in the meantime, send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

All replacement items will incur their own cost and shipping charges will apply.
