There will be no tutoring session on this date as all Boxxi Maths staff will be attending a mathematics conference.

Please note: Ms Allwright will be away on Thursday 15 October (Session 2). This class will be taught by Boxxi Maths teacher Ms Molanaar-White.
Payment Options
Single Sessions – $45
Book individual sessions for $45 per session.
Payments made on the day are by credit or debit card via tap payment only. Please contact us if you want to book this option.
Whole Term Upfront – $375
Book all 10 sessions for $375, equivalent to just $37.50 per session.
Payment is due by 20 September 2026.
Whole Term – Two Instalments – $400 Total
Secure your place for the full 10-session term while splitting the cost into two payments.

Program Overview
This program is designed for Year 2 and Year 3 students who would benefit from additional support with the foundational maths skills that underpin future learning.
The first session includes an informal assessment to help identify the strengths and needs of the group. From there, lessons are tailored to focus on the skills that will have the greatest impact on each child's confidence, understanding and success in the classroom.
Students learn through games, real materials and hands-on activities, allowing them to develop mathematical understanding through doing.
There are no worksheets, no screens and no pressure — just purposeful, engaging learning designed to help children understand maths and feel successful.
Skills We May Cover
Depending on the needs of the group, students may work on:
- Addition and subtraction strategies
- Number facts and fluency
- Multiplication and division concepts
- Skip counting and number patterns
- Place value and number sense
- Problem solving and mathematical reasoning
- Mathematical language and explaining mathematical thinking
- Applying maths skills through games and real-world situations
Session Format
Each 45-minute session typically includes:

Limited Spots
Each group is strictly limited to five students.
Keeping our groups small allows every child to receive targeted support while still benefiting from collaborative learning, games and discussion with other students.
Once all five places are filled, bookings for this session will close.
About Your Teacher
Ms Allwright is a VIT-registered primary school teacher with more than 10 years of classroom teaching experience across schools in Melbourne and Canada.
She is passionate about making mathematics interactive, practical and accessible, particularly for children who need additional confidence or a different way of approaching mathematical concepts.
Her focus is on helping children understand why maths works, rather than simply memorising procedures.
Thursday 15 October: Ms Allwright will be away on holiday for Session 2. This class will be taught by her Boxxi Maths colleague, Ms Molanaar-White.
After Booking
At checkout, please include your child's:

Please also ensure your email address and mobile number are correct, as we will contact you with further information before your child's first session.
School Report
If possible, please bring your child's most recent school report to their first session — even if you only bring the Mathematics section.
This helps us better understand their current learning and identify areas that may benefit from additional support.
Tutoring Session Policy
Parent or Guardian Supervision
A parent or guardian is required to remain on-site during tutoring sessions, either inside the venue or within the immediate car park area.
Missed Sessions & Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind or missed sessions, including absences due to illness or other personal circumstances.
Where space is available, a make-up session may be offered in another Boxxi Maths class. Make-up sessions cannot be guaranteed.
Illness
Please do not attend if your child is acutely unwell.
If your child is recovering from an illness but has a lingering cough, we kindly ask that they wear a mask where possible to help protect other students and teachers.
